Qeshmeazad Record of planting tree was broken at the depth of sea/ Congregational prayer at a depth of 40 meters of the Persian GulfOn the occasion of birthday of Prophet of light and mercy, 10 numbers of Qom Seminary diver students broke the record for planting tree under water with the symbolic planting of a palm tree at a depth of 40 meters in the waters of the Persian Gulf and the Lark island.
Hojjat al-Eslam Ali Akbar Gholami, executive and project manager and two-star international diving instructor in an exclusive interview with the reporter of Qeshme azad, refered to the goals of the program and said:by palm tree planting at the birthday of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), we announce to all over the world that Prophet of Isam is the messenger of mercy and compassion in the world.
He added that today, so many efforts have been occured to show the great religion of Islam scary as the world power structure wants, today, Islamic thought to be on the sidelines and passivity.
Hojjat al-Eslam Gholami emphasized on the need for practical unity of the Islamic community to confront the conspiracies of the enemies, and said: Unity Week marks the convergence, alignment, consensus and solidarity of Muslims and the Islamic community should show their glory and power with unity to the world.
Two-star international diving instructor noted: at first a Christian planted a Christmas tree to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ at a depth of 37.5 meters and recorded this event in the Guinness Book and this record has been broken by planting palm trees at a depth of 40 meters by diver students of seminary and the Persian Gulf has the best record.
He expressed holding prayers at a depth of 40 meters of the Persian Gulf as the other programs of this group and added: after Locating the Palm, two-units congregational prayers was performed at a depth of 40 meters.
It should be said that "this project was held in collaboration with the Office of the Friday Imam of Qeshm island and the Blue Dolphin Diving School and financial support of the management center of seminaries around the country".
